Your breasts will be particularly important when the baby is born so will repay good care. Use a comfortable well fitted brassier for support and loose fitting clothes for general comfort.
5⃣Drink plenty of water and eat unrefined foods to avoid constipation and straining. Use only prescribed laxatives if needed.
6⃣Avoid taking medicines unless they have been prescribed and are used under supervision. You may be advised to take vitamin or mineral supplements.
7⃣Continue working for as long as you feel comfortable and try to get some regular exercise, particularly if work is not very physically demanding.
Balance work and exercise with adequate amounts of rest and avoid getting too tired.
8⃣As far as possible stay away from contact with measles and any other infections.
9⃣Enjoy sex for as long as you are comfortable and not endangering the Womb.
